No, its a model of a real vehicle, not 100% accurate, but close.

There is very clearly something going on at the rear. Or the front if it’s rear engined, which is unlikely given the radiator fan placement.

That is one fancy chassis, good sir. I’m going to go with a 1993 Toyota Supra.

Edit: wait, dat bumper is American looking. But Turbo V6 or V8?

Final answer: 1995 Ram 2500 turbo diesel.

Its a winch for a car hauler.

So yes it is a truck, but not a dodge and not 90's.

But the engine is “ newer” than the truck design

I don’t see a carburetor so I’m going to go with an early fuel injected Chevy Turbo Diesel from 1985. I have no idea when they started with fuel injection. Engine just looks so short though.

KingT guessed the closest. It’s a 1977 F-350 with an I nternational IDI engine.

I would have guessed F ord F250 next from about 1980 but I didn’t know they had commercially available fuel injected engines then. I got big 3 turbo diesel truck so I win  one quarter of an internet yay!

Hold up, that’s closer than my Ram guess but I also said it was a turbodiesel. Do I get a second place prize?

I'd also like to say that that is one sharp looking front end. Literally. That kind of detailing is not easy. I love how you've used the gray trim. What are the headlights made out of?

The headlights are chrome dish pieces back from the time when Lego would actually include chrome pieces in sets. They were used most famously in Model Team sets such as this:

I don't have many chrome pieces to work with. Basically just two exhaust stack pieces that came on a semi truck set. Neat. Sure would make headlights a whole lot easier.

The headlights are chrome headlight reflectors normally from LEGO trains
